At Wide Fit Shoes, we want to ensure your footwear fits perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or carton.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your parcel to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
